As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and customer service excellence, a member of our team, Reza Ali, recently completed the Train-the-Trainer Certification for DOT Certified Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT) on the Alco-Sensor VXL and Alco-Sensor IV / RBT IV platform at Intoximeters in St. Louis, Missouri.

This achievement strengthens the capabilities of our Environmental Air Quality (EAQ) Department by enabling us to deliver in-house training and competency development for DOT-compliant breath alcohol testing programs. By having a certified trainer within our organization, we can provide faster support, reduce reliance on external training providers, and ensure that our team remains current with industry standards and best practices.

The certification also enhances our ability to support clients through professional training services, technical guidance, and ongoing program development. As customer requirements continue to evolve, this added expertise positions us to offer greater value, improve responsiveness, and deliver a more comprehensive customer experience.
