In recognition of World Environment Day, we would like to take a moment to reflect on the importance of protecting and preserving our environment for future generations. This annual observance reminds us that even small actions can make a meaningful difference when we work together.

As part of our commitment to environmental responsibility, we will be encouraging a week-long focus on reducing unnecessary paper usage, limiting the use of single-use plastic bottles, and promoting recycling within the workplace.

We would also like to challenge each employee to take a moment to reflect on how our everyday actions impact the environment and consider simple ways we can all contribute to a greener and more sustainable future. To make things engaging and enjoyable, we encourage everyone to participate in the spirit of friendly competition and teamwork throughout the week.

During this week, we encourage everyone to:

• Print only when necessary
• Use digital documents where possible
• Reuse paper when practical
• Bring reusable water bottles or cups instead of disposable plastic bottles
• Make use of the recycling bins provided for paper and plastic bottles

To support this initiative, designated recycling bins will be placed around the office for the collection of recyclable paper and plastic bottles.
