Strengthening Customer Relationships Across Trinidad and Guyana

IRP Fire & Safety Ltd. is undertaking a customer follow-up initiative across Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana, led jointly by the Customer Experience Executive and Marketing Executive.

The initiative uses manual Voice of the Customer (VoC) engagement to maintain meaningful contact with customers and obtain direct feedback on their experiences with IRP. Customers are invited to share their views, identify areas requiring attention and highlight opportunities for improvement.

The Customer Experience Executive is responsible for engaging customers and documenting their feedback, while the Marketing Executive supports the initiative by reviewing the information gathered, identifying common themes and using these insights to strengthen customer communication and engagement.

The collaboration ensures that customer feedback is captured, reviewed and communicated to the relevant departments where follow-up or action may be required. This provides a direct link between what customers are saying and opportunities for service improvement.

Conducting the initiative across both Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana also provides IRP with greater insight into customer needs across its markets while supporting a consistent approach to customer care.

Overall, the initiative reinforces IRP Fire & Safety’s commitment to active listening, meaningful customer engagement and continuous improvement, while giving customers a direct opportunity to contribute to a stronger and more responsive service experience.
