At IRP, H.S.E. isn’t just a requirement, it’s the foundation of how we work, collaborate, and deliver excellence to our customers.
In 2025, the H.S.E. team focused on strengthening employee awareness, skills, and confidence, while continuing to build a proactive and inclusive safety culture across the organization.
A key focus this year will be expanding engagement and strengthening systems. Certification-Based HSE training continued to support capability building, while project-specific HSE support ensured safe execution across key initiatives.

- STOW TT Re-certification Audit completed, achieving a 2-year certification and capturing services from the Rose merger and IRP operations previously not included

These efforts go beyond compliance. Internally, they support a safer, more confident, and more engaged workforce. Externally, they reinforce IRP’s commitment to delivering reliable, risk-managed services, building trust, strengthening the customer experience, and embedding a culture where safety, confidence, and excellence go hand in hand.
